48 Hour Cancellation policy

At Lunar Aesthetics & Massage Therapy, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To ensure fairness to all clients and to respect my time, we kindly ask you to provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled service price. The same policy applies to missed appointments or "no-shows"

We also understand that unexpected situations can arise. If an emergency occurs, please reach out as soon as possible and we will do our best to work with you.
